We offer three valuable appraisal products: Desktop Appraisals: We'll use a Restricted Appraisal Format to value your property. The report includes comparables, maps, and signatures. We'll gather information on updates and additions from the property owner via email. We require a list of any updates or additions via email. We'll use MLS information for square footage and bed/bath count. We can also accept this in an email, or you can email an old appraisal. Exterior Only Appraisals: We'll use the common General Purpose appraisal form. We'll drive by the exterior of the property and take pictures from the street. We'll gather information on updates and additions from the property owner via email. We require a list of any updates or additions via email. We'll use MLS information for square footage and bed/bath count. We can also accept this in an email, or you can email an old appraisal. Full interior/exterior appraisals: We'll use standard appraisal forms and complete an interior and exterior inspection of the home. We'll measure the property and include a sketch with the square footage and area calculations. The fee may be reduced if you have prior accurate square footage information.
